"What we like about Cordis is the location and the staff. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is connected to Langham Place and Mongkok station. All the staff from porters, receptionists to housekeepers are all very helpful, friendly, well-manner and dedicated. The rooms are functional and clean but the decor and design is a bit out of date. "Room stay was abit small as compared to Macau. Check-in took very long and room was not ready at 3pm, hence gotta came back again in the night to retrieve the keys. The process took long as well for collection of keys. Plus points are just opposite k11, star ferry and avenue of stars. MTR exit k is just behind the hotel but it’s a long walk to the red line. Overall still not too bad"
