“Staff were very sweet and friendly. Clean. Close to many shops and restaurants ”

“I don’t like that pets were allowed in the breakfast area where people are eating. One lady brought her dog in from outside in the rain and the dog shook off his coat right next to a table where people were eating. Also, the parking garage is tight for oversized vehicles. Other than that, the stay was excellent. ”

“The property was dirty. Multiple things were broken ALL weekend. Complimentary Coffee/Tea in Lobby Breakfast was dull - butter was expired, not much offered The plastic furniture was tacky!, Dirty! & Cracked! Our tub was stained, Holes in the shower walls Hug lump in the floor near the balcony door The peel n stick flooring was falling apart and uneven When we checked out, the woman at the desk was talking on her cell phone and seemed annoyed when I was trying to get her attention. Then she……

“All was good, if you are going to the convention center this place is perfect. Beach is another story, a slight walk. Elevators were not good though. One broke while I was there for my one night. The other 2 you could press your floor and the elevator would forget, one moment you're going up, then all of a sudden down and you have to repress the button. One of the rides I just got off so I didn't get stuck. Woke up the next morning to see one of them out of order.”

“What a fantastic stay we had. Celebrated our 35th anniversary and could not have picked a better place to stay. We will be back soon, we hope. Hospitality was beyond compare. Thanks to the entire staff!”

“While the front desk staff was not rude, she was not friendly and made no eye contact. The messages she sent checking on our welfare did not seem sincere. I know the carpet is hard to keep clean on the beachfront, so perhaps for this level of accommodations, hotels should consider tile floors. The carpet looked very dirty and seemed unsafe.”

“You can’t beat the location and the view! The included breakfast was a huge plus and a highlight of our stay. No, it’s not gourmet food, but they have pretty much everything you could ask for AND much of the seating overlooks the ocean. It was glorious! The staff were all very friendly, but they accidentally assigned us a room that was already taken so that was awkward; however, they immediately fixed the problem. Also there were 2 elevators, but only one was working most of the time we were……
