“Cute place and plenty of room for a group. We also enjoyed sitting outside and using the gas fire pit. Each unit has a parking space in front. There is a park across the street and around the corner is a free bus stop that takes you to the metro. Management was very responsive. We had a small leak and they had it taken care of right away. We would definitely stay there again.”

“The condo was clean, beds comfortable. The only real critique were squeaky doors (pantry was very loud) we never could get the heat/air right but I believe it was operator error. We were very happy with access to everything we wanted to see and do. The owner was very accommodating.”

“Very nice space, looks like just renovated. Brand new kitchen appliances, great shower, convenient bed set up in the bedroom. Our family of 4 wife slept on big bed, 6 year old in the bunk, 3 year old on the trundle, and me on the couch. The TV in the main room is about 65 inches. Provided snacks and some sodas, plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. Host was very easy to contact and responded very quickly. A grocery store is in walking distance and train station is a mere 2 minutes driving.……

“The property was amazing in a wonderful neighborhood. The building has an amazing history, the smokehouse history was fun to learn about, and the town had an event called "first Friday" where local bands and vendors showcased on Friday night, and our host was always attentive to our needs, available, and pleasant. This stay was perfect! 10/10”

“Walkable to metro, grocery, and many restaurants and coffee. Great hot tub, pool, club room. We rented 4 condos for a big family, and it was great to have common spaces to gather in. Super basic accommodations inside the condos, the owner does not appear to live or stay in these. No washcloths, 1 hand towel, very limited cooking utensils, pots, pans, no broom, limited seating, end tables, etc. It was nice that a few laundry and dishwasher pods were provided. Just know to bring your own stuff if……

“The property was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our short trip to VA. I couldnt believe how big the beds and bedrooms were! The only downside was that the reserved parking spot rules arent followed at the building. We had to park on the street. Thankfully it was close and that didnt cause any issues.”

“Did not receive check in instructions. Called the owner and he helped us check in but was definitely irritated and hurried to end the call. Did not understand that there was laundry or parking permit until we received the check out instructions.”

“The first day we woke up, before we had showered, the electricity was turned off. When we asked the workers about this, they said they did notify the property manager prior to this scheduled work. Very disappointing. we would have re-scheduled, It wasn't turned back on until late afternoon. The final night we were there, a family with young active children arrived late and kept us from falling asleep until after midnight . The running continued first thing in the morning (7:15 ) until we left……

“My husband and I chose this VRBO for our DC spring break with our 17yo son and 13yo daughter. Things that really worked for us: 1.) 2 bedrooms 2.) 3 beds (so our teens didn’t have to share a bed with anyone) 3.) 2 bathrooms 4.) Very clean 5.) Comfortable 6.) 2 blocks from the metro 7.) “The description to this place was misleading. We thought we would have the entire house as it stated however it was a walkout basement with 2 bedrooms. The entrance was in the back of the house with a very dark walkway at night. Beds were not comfortable and seamed smaller than a Queen size bed. I couldnt use the ceiling fan because it had not been dusted in years. Overall the place was good enough because we were gone most of the day.
