“My wife and I recently stayed here as a quick weekend getaway for her birthday to unwind and go to a few wineries and breweries. From the very beginning of booking all the way to checking out, everything was absolutely perfect. “This place is a small cottage in the back yard of a suburban home. The cottage is very small with a combined bedroom/kitchen and not much room to sit, but there is a large back yard for when the weather is good. The kitchen is limited, but there is an outdoor barbecue which we made use of. Jerry was easy to communicate with, and the price for the DC area was excellent. It would be difficult to stay here without a car.”

“First, I liked the space overall. A completely beautifully finished basement with everything you need at your fingertips. Laundry, room with attached full bathroom, very comfortable beds and bedding, nice sized kitchen area and appliances as well as well lit entry way and convenient parking. The area was safe and close to all activities we enjoyed during our stay. Will definitely stay again! This place is a gem! Definitely a home away from home! ”

“Right off the highway, comfortable, safe and clean! The only minor issue was the door to the courtyard closes with a loud CLUNK, and my unit was right above it. Know you need to contact the office if you're arriving after 7pm; they will text you lockbox info to get your key. Will stay here again!”
