“The description to this place was misleading. We thought we would have the entire house as it stated however it was a walkout basement with 2 bedrooms. The entrance was in the back of the house with a very dark walkway at night. Beds were not comfortable and seamed smaller than a Queen size bed. I couldnt use the ceiling fan because it had not been dusted in years. Overall the place was good enough because we were gone most of the day. “Cute place and plenty of room for a group. We also enjoyed sitting outside and using the gas fire pit. Each unit has a parking space in front. There is a park across the street and around the corner is a free bus stop that takes you to the metro. Management was very responsive. We had a small leak and they had it taken care of right away. We would definitely stay there again.”

“I thought that I had pre-registered my details on the Sonder app. I hadn't completed it fully before my arrival, as a condequence, I never received the email with access codes to get into the building and with no reception or staff on site that was an issue! I managed to resolve this after about an hour and was pleasantly surprised by the appartment, which was spacious and clean, perfect for a couple, however it would start to feel quite cosy for 4 adults. Great location for shops restuarants……

“We like this property however when we arrived there was about five plies of toilet paper left in the bathroom. When I texted to ask for more I was told they could not provide “extra” toilet paper. So as soon as we arrived at the hotel to check in and drop off our luggage, we immediately had to go to a grocery store to buy toilet paper. It was very odd and inconvenient ”

“It's a decent place to stay. The building is modern, clean, and suite is well equipped. A few minor grips. 6 soft low quality pillows does not substitute for 1 good firm pillow! The neighborhood is safe, but as is the case in many US suburbs/exurbs it's not really walkable. There are areas where the sidewalks just end, and they are not well lit at night, say if you are walking to supermarket. The building gym, looks great but the equipment eg. the elliptical trainers are poor quality glitchy.”

“Perfect and economical place to stay right outside of DC. Host was great in communicating with us. He even welcomed us with a box of doughnuts! You can’t beat the wonderful upscale neighborhood with close by shopping and dining options. Close by and walkable metro and Uber travel options.”

“Great apartment. Very nicely set up and clean. Supplies of coffee and other disposables were great. Ice to have driveway parking. Would totally rent again. Only minor drawback was the sound from the upstairs people ( older house can’t totally control).”

“This home was very beautiful. We had little to no issues. There was a misunderstanding about how the heating/cooling system worked. The owner was very attentive to any and every need we had. He was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I wish he would've disclosed in advance that he would be residing in the basement during our stay. It may the stay a little awkward. Please ask lots of questions before booking to eliminate certain surprises. Other than that, I would recommend……

“She cancelled at the last minute. My family and I had nowhere to go. All the hotels in the area was booked. So I had to pay an 475 dollars to book a hotel. I haven't received my refund yet. Awful experience.”
