“The front desk clerk had a bad attitude, and the manager was rude. He kept talking on the phone while waiting in line to check in, and the room he arranged was far away. He also didn't actively give us biscuits, and didn't give us one more even if we asked for one.”

“Staff was great. Wall plug missing and carpet/wall edging missing and shower edge needs painting. Sunday breakfast was not real hot and items ran out and took time to get refilled.”

“The breakfast should serve water to drink. They only had juice or coffee. A pitcher of water would have been nice since some people don’t like juice or coffee. I did ask the front desk if they had any and they said no. ”

“Nice hotel, they are doing some remodeling. Very good breakfast buffet. Our room didn't have extra tp and trash bags. ”

“Our view was of the parking lot. I enjoyed the shower. The room needed vacuumed better under the bed and under the desk. Breakfast was ok. I liked the omlets. The dinningroom & food area was clean. ”

“What a great duplex property! We loved the British decor and great space to hang out at the dining table and living room. Expedia has this property listed with 2 baths, but it has only one bathroom. Not a problem for us, but others might want to know. The Red Door duplex next door is the same layout. This would make a great rental for a family gathering.”

“What a great property with British decor, which is perfect for London, Ohio! Expedia has it listed as a 1 bedroom two bath, which is incorrect. This property is the same as the Black Door next door with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The king bed we slept in was super comfortable and the living, dining, and kitchen spaces would be great for up to 6 people. We would love to come again and stay longer”

“The host was very responsive and helpful, even let us borrow a pack n play and stroller to cut down on what we had to pack. the beds are amazing. very clean. so nice to have a full kitchen so don't have to go out to eat with little kids (but looked a like a lot of great restaurants in the area if that's what you are looking for). really close to the zoo but on a nice quiet side street. this was our second time and I'm sure we will book again some time.”

“We stayed in May for a family gathering in nearby Dublin/Columbus. This home is updated with spacious kitchen and living spaces. Nicely accommodated our large group. Quiet neighborhood.”

“Stylish, fresh, and plenty of room, this house is walking distance to all the good eats and drinks in Old Hillard. Also walk to parks and rail trail. We would be happy to stay here again sometime.”
