The cottage is located behind Patty's house on a quiet street that's three blocks from the inviting College Avenue array of varied restaurants (Italian, American, Mediterranean, ice cream, Peet's). “The rental exceeded all my expectations! I especially loved the quiet and secluded location of the cottage. The interiors are thoughtfully appointed and designed, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. All the amenities I needed were available, including an ironing board, iron, fridge, and toaster. It was delightful to sit on the deck and relax in the sun. Even small details such as bathroom towels and bathroom tissue were of premium quality! I had a bit of trouble finding the correct……

“Location, location, location. We love being so close to the beach. Your cottage is adorable and we loved it again. As far as feedback, we have some. The backyard was a bit run down this time. The fence was broken I imagine from the rain storms . It also looks as though the gardener left piles which were needed to be recycled into the green bin. Last time the back yard was pristine. The bed was also a bit soft this time. Everything breaks down eventually. Just feedback for you. On the whole,……

“The unit itself was very nice, well appointed and in a great location. It had everything we needed to cook and bake. The fresh loaf of local bread was a really nice surprise. At the time of our stay (May 2024) the staircase down to the unit was under construction. The only way down to the unit was a dangerous trail with wobbly steps. This was a challenging climb in and out, but with luggage, it was a nightmare.”

“It was a pleasure to stay here, thanks Swami! The furnishings are quite sparse but all nicely comfortable and functional, with very good facilities all around in the bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen. It is relaxingly quiet and private, and in a pleasant area. Great location for a visiting academic (as I am), with an easy walk to the university campus, lots of restaurants of all kinds nearby, and BART station. I’d be very happy to stay again on future visits!”

“Cute shabby chic-style casita - 5 min walk to beautiful clean beach, coffee/lunch/snack/ice cream/dinner options plus a little general store across the street. The main casita has one bedroom, 1 bath, living/dining and kitchen. Back casita has just bed/bath. They are connected via 2 lush & lovely courtyards: one with the grill and the other with firepit, chairs and picnic table dining. Landscaping is very zen and we could hear the ocean at night. “This was such a great way to wind down while taking in the beauty of Sonoma. We had such a great time with the animals while learning about how the owner gives back to the community and takes care of orphan animals. Highly recommend for anyone that loves animals and loves a country setting.”

“Our modern, one-bedroom home was terrifically thought out, comfortable and well located for our 10 day stay. Fully equipped and very clean. We even managed an over-night by our granddaughters (8 & 5). Small yard allowed our dog to stretch and for us to take in the sun. Dedicated parking removed that hassle. Quiet neighborhood close to stores and convenient to Sausalito to Mill Valley. We'll be happy to return.”
