“Unfortunately people can smoke almost everywhere in the hotel so it’s not pleasant for non smokers. The staff at the bar and grill at the pool were very rude and difficult. The rooms were very big and beautiful but our sheets were ripped upon arrival, we called to have them replace the sheets and they would send somebody but nobody came. We also asked to change the sheets the next day when the roomservice came by, they just made the bed with the same sheets again.”

“As a repeat customer I know what I’m getting when I stay here and that is a clean, updated hotel, friendly, efficient service and a property located within close proximity of all the major restaurants and shops. I rate this stay and all other stays ten out of ten!”

“There was a false fire alarm and workers doesnt have any idea what to do or if its a real one or false one. That was terrible. ”

“The plays was clean. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly, others were short and inconsiderate. We call the office to get the Wi-Fi password one afternoon and the guy in the office said the password once then hung up on my wife before she could make sure of what he said. I had to walk down to the office and get the password from him directly and he gave me a terrible attitude about it. However this was the only problem we had.”

“The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! We could have used a couple of more pillows but other than that it was great! Not fancy but had a nice pool. Very little road noise which was surprising as it is on Federal Highway.”
