"Nearly everything was perfect -- A great location, clean unit, accurate description, comfortable beds, communication with the manager, etc. However, the property needed a couple of maintenance items--specifically underneath the kitchen sink was missing a small section of LVP flooring, the door trim above the king bedroom door had some water damage from the wall AC unit, and the bunk bed frame was fairly loose. "We were participating in a paddling training camp at the Newport Aquatic Centre. It was a very comfortable space for 2 adults but could have fit 4 if needed. We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen as we were cooking healthy meals at home. Property manager was very responsive. Only took advantage of the included e-bike rental one day because we were otherwise busy - it was a wonderfully fun way to explore the area."

And you mentioned the walls are very thin, so it’s easy to be woken up in the middle of the night by partier. the rest of our stay was fabulous. "This condo is in a beautiful part of Newport Beach and is right on the sand. The condo was spotless and had loads of towels and beach towels for us. This was a girls trip with five of us and we had plenty of room. The condo is very nicely appointed and has the extra benefit of a parking spot in a secured garage. George, the owner, is fabulous! we will definitely come back!"
