"The cottage was clean, organized, and well put together. We didn't even use the second bedroom because the one bedroom had two twins, but this cottage could easily sleep 4. The location was a little more removed that I would have liked (Ocklawaha is basically a one-stop light town), and there was some noise from being so close to Gator Joe's, but it was still a nice, quiet location."

"The getaway cottage was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect size for the two of us, and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It was a short walk to the dock. Mike met us at the property for a quick tour, then left us to enjoy their beautiful property. We plan on making a trip back sometime next year."

"Cozy Cottage truly lives up to it's name. Located on a peaceful 28 acre lake with a private backyard and covered dock. We started our mornings on the lake shore in comfy lounge chairs under a large umbrella, fished from the dock durng the day and enjoyed the beautiful stars at night. The cottage was comfy (3 adults and 1 dog) and had everything we needed and more in the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed all the extra amenities provided throughout the cottage and property. "Property was nice and the pool was nice. It was very clean. It just didn’t have TVs or decoration or porch chairs. It was a just an apartment with two beds essentially. Also, didn’t have enough bathing towels. "

Host was pleasant and communicative, house was well maintained, updated, clean, well stocked, there was plenty of sleeping and bathing available for large parties, and the river location was superb!
