"The beds here are like sleeping in a cloud. The most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in since the Disney Cruise ship beds. Their towels are soft, thick, and deliciously fluffy. Their rooms are immaculately clean. You can tell the owners take pride in their motel. And when ever we are in the High Springs/ Gainesville Florida area, we will always sleep here. We recommend this hotel to everyone "

"In general, it was a good place to stay for it's intended use. Staff was great. Breakfast was adequate. Room, in general, was okay. The metal for the light fixtures in the room were worn and rusty. Otherwise, it met my expectation. A little improvement goes a long way."

"Property was nice and the pool was nice. It was very clean. It just didn’t have TVs or decoration or porch chairs. It was a just an apartment with two beds essentially. Also, didn’t have enough bathing towels. "

Host was pleasant and communicative, house was well maintained, updated, clean, well stocked, there was plenty of sleeping and bathing available for large parties, and the river location was superb! We will stay here every trip we take to the rainbow!"
