Hotel is clean, friendly staff with free coffee and tea at the lobby area every morning. After 7pm, you need access card to enter the hotel. Nearby the hotel has many food options. The only setback is the path towards the hotel is dirty with daily litters as well as homeless people around the construction area. "

"There is no hotel parking. There is a lot attached to the hotel run by a private company and its $102 US per night. Don't being your car. New York city has done a poor job in downtown traffic flow. The hotel itself is nice for the price !"

"I had a fabulous stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I felt like I was in a condo. The bathroom was large and there was a nice long desk for me to work at. There was lots of lighting and the building was super cool and a good mix of historic vintage trendiness with modern renovations. They were fixing up the lobby but I’m sure it will be nice when it’s done. The location was safe and fun, with all of the necessary amenities.
