“We received a small room with no balcony. ”

“Marlon and a young lady at the bar by the entrance were Awesome. They helped made my stat Wonderful.I can't pronounce her name that is why I can't spell it ( it begins with the letter T). Very unique name. She is short and fixed her special drink. If you ask her I am sure she would remember who I am. That is what I drank everytime I went to there. My glass was never empty. I really did not run into any staff that was was not pleasant. Awesome Job everyone. ”

“I love the quietness the area was away from all the other perks in the area. My husband really enjoyed this bday gift. I would come again and again and again. The staff was welcoming and the hours of meals was good cause everyone had their own schedule of events planned.”

“The staff are lovely, very attentive and helpful. The place is amazing, I love the way in which the lodge is built into the rocks and around the trees, so natural and authentic, wonderful. The views are stunning. There are so many beautiful areas to relax or explore, fantastic, the gardens and little areas, just perfect. Our new go-to place in Ocho Rios. “Great budget stay”

“It’s a beautiful and a small resort with excellent service. Our butlers Robert and Anthony were fantastic. The hotel management Omar and Sheldon were very helpful. There is a regular shuttle service to other nearby Sandal resorts if you wanted more entertainment or food options. Our only issue was that the bathrooms need modernising. It’s great for golf players too. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. ”

“I went to the property at about 9:00pm. I was with my mom (73years old) my adult and young son. We drove for 4 hours only to be told we need to cancel because someone has occupied the property until the 30th December. I can’t begin to say I was so disappointed. I could find no other place on Christmas Eve so at that time I had to drive for another 3 hours to return home. Worst experience I have ever had. ”

“This villa is truly a hidden gem. I loved the experience and had a great time. Firstly, I have to mention how kind and helpful the staff were because when we arrived they offered my guests some food which tasted amazing. If you are hesitant about this place, don’t be! Everywhere was very clean, the rooms are huge and the pool was lovely to swim in”

“This booking was a scam, got to the property and no reservation listed under my name. Reception confirmed the phone number listed on booking was not the phone number on file for the owner. I tired several times contacting the property but no answer. I want my money back. Got to the property and had to book somewhere else ”

“The host/owner was a charming and welcoming hostess. She was reassuring in words and deed to the point where she has emergency evacuation notices posted in the property. She provided printed information for restaurants, transportation, local activities and delivery service. She is an amazing host with a great and friendly personality yet not short of professionalism. Very recommended!”
