"A big regret in Hangzhou on this trip was deciding to stay in Hampton by Hilton in Future Technology City. It began at check in when I tried to pay at the reception desk and 2 of my cards bounced and were subsequently locked. This process turned out to take 45 mins, resulted in me have to pay my home phone carrier $20 for use of the phone so the cc companies could send me text verification codes. All this to find out that even though it says otherwise on the Expedia site, the hotel does not accept Master cards. This was brutal . I ended up having to work with Expedia to cancel my reservations and then try to book the property again so I could pay online. Spent another hour doing this. The room itelfs looked well maintained but in the end I got tons of bug bites all over my legs and arms. my legs and arms.sure.nt to "

"The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the pool and gym were very nice. Quick to switch rooms on request, providing ample water, helping with recommendations, and the breakfast was incredible for the price(plus they allowed take away). Was the equivalent of a 4 or 5 star hotel in America. Truly a great experience. 5m drive to Westlake."

"Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on a high floor. Well kept property, everything looks new and clean. Staff were attentive and polite. Downsides : Dryer was faulty but detergent was provided for washer. No laundry basket. Would be helpful if there is a towel rack in the spacious bathroom, the clothes hook behind the toilet door is too high for an average height female. Pillows were too flat and bed too firm. Other than that, would love to return to stay"

Paradise...

"From all the places I have been to in China, this place just stands out on top. The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities. The rooms are spacious and well kept, the food great, specially the buffet at night. The hotel and grounds are super beautiful, the waterfall pool overlooking the lake beautiful, and then there is the scenery, which is absolutely amazing. Thank you Crowne Plaza for an unforgettable 2 nights..."
