“An older property with a quirky layout but well presented and very clean. Lovely views and the sound of the ocean to lull you to sleep. Beachside ‘boardwalk’ gave access to many bars and cafes. We had a hire car which meant we were able visit Gibraltar, Estepona, Puerto Banus and Ronda in the mountains. There are also local bus stops to Marbella and Estepona as well. ”

Best location, 1 min to the beach and good walk to promenade, restaurants, bars and groceries. Fred and also Helena was very attentive and helpful during our stay. Quelques petites choses à améliorer: une bouteille d'eau pour l'arrivée serait appréciée ainsi que plus d'un rouleau de papier hygiénique et d'un sac à ordures pour les séjours d'une semaine. “We are a group of 5 friends & have just returned from 4 nights at this lovely apartment which was so nicely decorated & had everything you needed from an extremely well equipped kitchen where there was washing gel, dishwasher tablets, coffee machine washing up liquid etc plus bonus of beach towels & a fab welcome of cava, milk, & biscuits. The location is also absolutely perfect being a leisurely 20-25 min walk to Puerto banus one way or San Pedro the other way with endless choice of restaurants……

We have stayed in many different apartments in El Presidente over the last 20 years, and this is without doubt one of the nicest and most comfortable. Tracy - the local property manager - was very accommodating too, allowing us to check in early, and leaving a much appreciated bottle of Cava and a bottle of water to welcome us on……
