“The room is new, clean and comfortable. The design is good. Breakfast is good which provides quite a number of choices of food. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent - it’s close to the airport and the border to Spain which takes around 10 min walk; 5-10 min walk to a beach; around 10 min walk to the city center. Will definitely choose this hotel when visit Gibraltar again. ”

“We loved this little hotel. The rooms are quite small, but very new and clean. There is a nice rooftop terrace area to enjoy. They also offer lockers for your luggage if you’re checked out and want to wander around more in Cádiz. It’s such a perfect location in the old town and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. ”

“Bad experience! everything so difficult with this apartment: difficult to find, difficult to get a taxi, difficult to store the luggage. And the Worst, check out time is 11 am. They can’t wait to kick you out! ”

“The hotel just finish the renovation at May, therefore everything is new and clean. The view from the room and balcony is fantastic. Staffs are helpful and nice, especially the young staffs. Overall, the experience is relaxing and cheerful.”

“Whilst we had a very nice holiday here we were disappointed to find that there was no communal bar/lounge area nor a permanently established indoor restaurant (the indoor part was the breakfast room; the dining restaurant was entirely outdoor either in gardens or by the pool with no option to dine inside). On the one cool and cloudy day - too chilly to be outside - there was nowhere warm and communal to lounge around or get drinks. You had to be either outside by the pool or in your room. ……

Lo que no me gustó son las actuaciones que terminan muy pronto y no dejan ningún DJ o música para seguir en modo de discoteca. Aconsejo que se llevéis o tenían algún tipo de repelente o matamosquitos el hotel en las habitaciones, nos matan a picotaso ”

“Good location in Ronda. Walking distance to the shopping area in Ronda, and to old town. Hotel room is a little small for 3 people, but still ok. Indoor parking garage is just next to the hotel. No coffee or tea in the room, but when we asked kettle, the front desk immediately sent the kettle and tea bags to our room. Very helpful staff.”

“12 nights family holiday. We’ve stayed before at this hotel and we were delighted with our room - ask for a rear view of the nature reserve! Food is always excellent at the Iberostar. We stayed half board so can’t comment on drinks but they looked good. I would say the lighting in the canteen style restaurant needs working on as the ambience was OK for evening dinner. The hotel is now 90% Spanish/Portuguese guests which appeals to us but, English is very limited do you have to try your……
