“We booked the room for 3 persons. When arrived, we discovered that there were only two sets of bedding, the sofa bed wasn’t ready or set. When asked for one more set, the receptionist said there wasn’t any! After chasing, she gave me at last. Her attitude was not sincere nor helpful. The check in experience was bad! This affected my stay in the hotel a lot!”

“the hotel didn't put hair dryer at my room in accident. when I asked reception lady, she told me the house keeping is off and the hotel doesn't have spare one. it's really bad experience.... ”

“The property was nice, rooms were clean, staff were very friendly. Located 10 minutes from Old Montreal and the Port, which was very convenient. I would stay here again, received good value for the dollar. A couple of things that could use some attention though; we had a room with 2 queen beds, the beds were very comfortable, but we were unable to charge our phones as there were no outlets available (they were behind the bed). I suggest a taller night table between the beds with built in……

“It was a very bad experience to stay in L hotel. I arrived the hotel in the autumn season, but there was a black fly in the room. The staff didn't agree to change another room for me. No restaurant in a 4 star hotel. The facility was very old. The local person said they will never recommend this hotel to tourist. I don't know why they can got 4.6 for the review.”
