This is our third time at this resort over the past three years and the experience has never been anything other than absolutely wonderful. Ximena welcomed us per our Expedia rewards level and had a bottle of champagne and a plate of fresh tropical fruits ready for us in our room. Dining options are excellent considering this is an all inclusive. The facilities are beautiful clean and well maintained. No matter the number of people it never feels crowded or in anything other than pristine conditions. The staff is SUPERB everywhere around the resort. Very grateful for all the special attentions from Javier Cambrianis, Enrique and our Chef from Merida at Lizo, as well as the amazing Javier and Carlos at the Finest Club Beach area, and Rocky and Roger at Duke’s. Everyone made our time here absolutely unforgettable. We were treated like royalty all around. We will continue to come back. "Just came back from our first trip to Grand Riviera Princess. We have nothing but positive things to say! We enjoyed every second of our trip. The whole resort is maintained beautifully. The staff were accommodating and nice. The food was great and there were many options to choose from. The resort is huge so it was nice getting to walk around. Adorable wildlife all around to see as well. There was lots of entertainment as well as quieter pool areas for a more relaxed time. This place truly has something for everyone. We will definitely be returning. "
