"The room was clean but bathroom door needed to be adjusted, so hard to open/close & was loud which woke us when used at night. Also booked a room for 5 people & only 2 Q beds & no pull out & no roll away was available when we got there so youngest slept on the floor with our coats & a blanket. Breakfast was excellent & kids enjoyed the small pool. Only saw 1 staff person who was friendly but could tell he was overwhelmed with a busy weekend. "

"It was an enjoyable stay. Clean rooms and grandson loved swimming pool almost as much as grandma loved the hot tub.
Would definitely recommend staying here while in Shokapee."
"Staff was extremely helpful and let me check in early due to the fact I was only staying the night and had to leave early the next day. Wonderful experience staying here!"

"Hard to find a hotel this good that has continental breakfast. Was impressed that we never heard an airplane during our two nights considering how close we were to the airport. Half block from the light rail was a plus."

"Stay was great. Checkin went smooth, am front desk was very nice and professional. The rooms are smaller then they appear online. But still nice. Pm front desk not so friendly. The Pull out only comes with one pillow, called front desk and asked for another and when i said ok great, thank you! the lady just hung up on me."

"This is a beautiful hotel. The room is big. Staff are great. The chlorine was extremely strong in the pool room. We couldn't go in there due to allergies because the smell was so strong."

"I don't usually do reviews just because I don't want to take the time however for this hotel I will make an exception. I got the shuttle from the airport and the driver Derek was very engaging. The grounds of the hotel was clean and inviting. I was greeted at the front desk by Sarah. I was impressed because there was more than one person checking in and she gave each one her undivided attention ans. any and all questions. Just when I thought customer service was dead I get to meet Sarah. Thank you. Being on the 2nd floor I had to take the elevator. Spotless. No smells. My room was clean and inviting. The bed was VERY comfortable and the pillows were like sleeping on clouds. Checking out Shannon was awesome making check out smooth and effortless. This will be my choice of hotel whenever I'm in Minnesota. Last but not least Mall of America is just across the road."
