“great hotel, very close to Miami port ”

“I came here a few years ago and felt pretty good, but this time the experience was too bad. The noise of the air conditioner was so bad that I couldn't sleep, and the sound insulation was poor. I could hear the conversation in the next room, and the restroom fan was broken. won't come back here any more!!!!”

“William at the front desk is outstanding . So friendly and informative . Hotel facilities and location are great and a small pool onsite . Bathrooms are nice in rooms only downside is shower pressure but not honestly an issue. Welcome drink and bike usage free for two hours a day is a nice touch. Staff are very friendly and we were very comfortable here for our 1 night stay pre cruise . ”
