"The room was very nice although smaller than I anticipated. The picture made it seem more spacious. There were 4 of us and it was a bit tight. Employees were all polite and very responsive to our needs but somewhat chilly in nature. Nothing to really complain about just not warm and fuzzy. Perhaps they are more attuned to professionals and not vacationers. Beds were a little too firm. I had requested a handicap accessible room but did not get one. As a result, I could not bring my electric...

"Strange things happen at this hotel! Two of the three elevators did not work. Actually someone was shouting in one of those stuck elevators crying to be rescued. I requested to the guest services for a packaged to be dropped to my room. They informed me that other than security there is no one to drop that package to my room so I had to dress up and go down to pick it up. At 3-4 AM there were noises on the floor. Scattered stuff on the check-in counter."
