"This facility needs upgrades. Lighting in the suites was poor to say the least. Not like Embassy Suites used to be before Hilton acquired the company. Other than that it was a pleasant stay for the price. Staff was attentive and courteous. Location is good. "
"Hotel looked new. Everything works and no touch ups were found. I rated staff 4 stars because when I checked in the receptionist did not even acknowledged me. But the next day when i checked out a diffirent receptionist was ok"
"They nickel and dime you to death. Be prepared for a $50 a night deposit. Yes, a night.. you’ll pay for everything. WiFi, parking. It’s a nice place and staff are friendly. "
"Strange things happen at this hotel! Two of the three elevators did not work. Actually someone was shouting in one of those stuck elevators crying to be rescued. I requested to the guest services for a packaged to be dropped to my room. They informed me that other than security there is no one to drop that package to my room so I had to dress up and go down to pick it up. At 3-4 AM there were noises on the floor. Scattered stuff on the check-in counter."
