"Spacious rooms, very clean, comfortable beds. Self-serve laundry from 8am-11pm with washers and dryers. Great for families, well supplied kitchen, 2 TVs, USB charging, even included fuzzy slippers for each person. Very good breakfast buffet with baked goods, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, a pancake machine which kids loved. Excellent location about 10 minutes walk to Ottaviano metro station, 15 min walk to Piazza Navona. Very safe location with lots of restaurants within a few blocks. Will definitely stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were great, especially Ricardo and Ettore (I hope I spelled that right? He works at the front desk) everyone was very friendly, the continental breakfast was expansive and included a lot of food for 15 euros each and we actually found that we preferred the restaurant food at the hotel far more than many of the restaurants we tried in the city and it's much less expensive. The only problem we had was the king bed. It was extremely worn and I ended up having to use our air mattress for my husband because after one night, he couldn't walk and my back was in a lot of pain as well. Definitely need to upgrade the mattress but overall our stay with a family of 4 in the loft room was exceptional. The hotel was clean, the bathroom had great water pressure, it was a 2 minute walk to the Vatican entrance, lots of shopping, food and gelato nearby. "

"The staff were excellent, very helpful & friendly. One of our party had their bag lost by British Airways & staff made calls for us to airline (in Italian). No bag but their effort very appreciated. Hotel in great location for historical sights."

"This is in an older quaint building. Our room was small but sufficient. The elevator is also very small, but they had one and it worked. The room also had A.C that cooled our room well. The best part of this hotel was the staff. They were friendly, helpful, accommodting, and welcoming. If we were to return to that area of Rome we definately would stay at Hotel Prati. They let us store our luggage there while we ran around Rome all day. Oh, and they had free breakfast too, but I can't rate that. We slept right past breakfast time."
