“Attended a family gathering for a graduation. 6 adults stayed the entire time and 2 commuted. A great time was had by all. Missy was an outstanding hostess and even walked our dog for the us. We were very comfortable and felt a blast of the past with the home.”

“PERFECT stay for a large family! 14 were in town for our brothers wedding in Round Hill. 2 full kitchen spaces with living room. A bathroom for every room plus powder room downstairs! I'm jealous of those staying during pool season! It was glorious!”

“This farmhouse is huge and very well appointed. The photos on the listing are accurate. Plenty of beds. Common spaces are comfy, and the outdoor gazebo and pool area are very nice. Kitchen has all you need. The property is very quiet and private. Wifi is slow, but hopefully you don't have to do any work while you are enjoying the beautiful home!”

“The farmhouse was very clean, beautifully decorated and truly welcoming! We spent many hours on the rocking chairs on the back porch looking at the beautiful mountains. There were homemade cookies waiting for us when we arrived which were delicious. We had a very nice visit in Luray. So glad we picked this rental.”

“We loved our stay. The home was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. It was very well stocked with everything you could need. The views of Old Rag Mountain were amazing. Our favorite room was the screened in porch. It was so peaceful and a perfect place for morning coffee. The location was perfect for hiking and wineries. The whole family enjoyed playing the Monopoly and Jenga after hiking White Oak Canyon. Perfect weekend!”

“We really enjoyed staying at this cozy, renovated1700's kitchen house! It had perfect spaces for our 2 teenaged boys to spread out upstairs, beautiful views and places to walk, and was excellent for running between Woodberry and Charlottesville. The friendly dogs and fresh eggs were an added bonus for us.”

“The grain silo was amazing! As you pull in, you see cows on both sides of the driveway. Nice rolling hills absolutely beautiful waking up to the roosters crowing in the morning was awesome. Jimmy was amazing willing to help out anyway he could. Tons of space for kids or just to sit back and relax.”

“Family trip to see Shenandoah National Park. Property is perfect location to park and to Elkton. Private and secluded. My son fished every day and caught every day. Enjoyed the canoe as well. Washer and dryer super handy after all day adventures! Had a couple of things needed help with and the host was extremely responsive! Comfy beds and plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out inside and outside!”

“This property is amazing, and in many ways better than expected. Everything you need to have a comfortable stay is there. The house is charming and has some impressive updating to give you modern amenities with a farmhouse vibe. While we had enough beds for everyone without needing the sleeping porch, a few people opted to stay out there to enjoy the sounds of nature. Truly a great place to stay - many in our group said they would stay again!”

“Aftery a long drive, walking into this oasis was amazing. The owner stayed in contact with me and answered all my questions prior to my stay, but I had no idea how beautiful this home is! We had snacks waiting for us, and after spending hours on the road, they were appreciated more than you can imagine. We felt like we were walking into a 5 star spa and resort.
