“We were expecting a unique, relaxing experience; we got it and it exceeded our expectations!! The property was gorgeous, almost completely surrounded by the river. We enjoyed paddle boarding, yoga in the morning, fires each night while sitting in the hot tub, and star gazing. We actually saw the Northern Lights our first night! The yurts are wonderful with all the comforts of home. We loved the decor and all around vibe. Can't wait to go again!”

“Loved the yurt and all of the fun activities- perfect for my teenage boys. Driving was a bit tricky in a minivan. Would love to return but it is pricey for the area.”

The hosts attended to us making sure we had what we needed, while also giving us space to relax. The quiet countryside and mountain air was just what we needed. “Overall, the stay was enjoyable! The Hobbit House is very unique and quite cozy. It is close to a few different lovely wineries and not too far from some hiking trails. The bed in the house was VERY comfortable. Also, the stray cats and dogs that visited around the house were cute and an unexpected treat. The house is somewhat in the woods so there were some harmless critters that visited as well. I would definitely stay here again!”

“It was a wonderful place to be my family loved it the only downside was the pool was not open. Flyer said that the small pool open but actually a Jacuzzi with the heaters on”

“I’ve had glamping on my bucket list for my 11.5 year old boxer for awhile now but could never find any that were dog friendly… until now. Like everyone else said, pictures don’t do the tent justice. It’s so lovely and has everything you need. I was surprised by how many outlets were available. The rain shower was amazing and hot. The bed was comfy, loved the grill and fire table. The first night we (my 2 boxers & I) just relaxed and enjoyed being outside. The next day we hiked crabtree falls,……

“The road to the camper was washed out, rutted and crumbling asphalt that took you from a residential neighborhood to the winding top of a hill. The camper itself was fine, cute even and clean. The location was concerning. The camper had campers in storage on either side of it. The other homes were campers that people were living in, older occupied and unoccupied mobile homes. The area looked run down and trash bags piled up in yards. It was quiet other than the neighbors peacocks which weren’t a……

“Excellent cabin. Very nice and very clean. We were 2 adults and 4 children and had plenty of space. Loved the "back yard" of the cabin. Lots of grassy room for kids to play. Nice fire pit, picnic table and charcoal grill. People who worked there could not have been nicer. Very kind and helpful. Our cabin was very far from the highway so we did not hear traffic noise at all but I suspect that some of the RV sites closer to the road would hear traffic noise. Overall a quiet and peaceful……
