“Located in the center of Waikiki Beach, very easy to get to the tour bus and transportation, but the different floor has a huge difference,upper floors are much better than the lower floors,and the customer services are different as well.”

“Was disappointed to hear loud jack hammering while trying to relax around the pool. Also disappointed we had a nice balcony view of ocean and unable to open window slider to hear the ocean. Also was not aware valet rate is $65 per day! However beautiful hotel, staff were amazing and buffet was delicious. ”

“The hotel really just a few steps to the beach and the honolulu zoo. Also close to the Diamond head. The breadfast was free and sumptuous. The real problem of this hotel I think is, too many residents but too few elevators and they run too slow. I sometimes had to wait for 3 elevators to be able to get in. ”
