“I am not so happy while checking in with front desk. bellboy is so helpful and friendly. Room service is not good, I found there are two pieces of dirty paper just in the middle of my room after cleaning! Room is modern ”

“The property was conviently located to the beach, dining, and shopping. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The property does look in need of some upkeeping. At first glance, our room appeared clean but, when looking closely, it was dirty. Doors were filthy. Kitchen was dirty. The gym was really nice. It was open 24 hours which is rare at resorts. Overall, we would stay at the Hilton Beach Resort again. Just wish cleanliness would improve. ”

“I came here on a solo birthday trip. Everyone was very nice. The check in was seamless and the guy gave me a few drink tokens at check-in for my birthday. I would gladly stay here again”
