“Located in the center of Waikiki Beach, very easy to get to the tour bus and transportation, but the different floor has a huge difference,upper floors are much better than the lower floors,and the customer services are different as well.”

“The hotel really just a few steps to the beach and the honolulu zoo. Also close to the Diamond head. The breadfast was free and sumptuous. The real problem of this hotel I think is, too many residents but too few elevators and they run too slow. I sometimes had to wait for 3 elevators to be able to get in. ”

“We are from the Waikiki area but this is the first time I've stayed at the Queen Kap. I get coffee in their lobby all the time when I come to town. I was there with my elderly father to bring him back to the island one last time to relive and revisit his childhood memories. The hotel was a perfect location for us because he grew up in Kaimuki neighborhood. I was able to arrange an electric scooter that allow him to get around the property and the area. In and out valet parking was great,……
