“Property was convenient and staff pleasant. The unit itself was not the cleanest and had many broken items. The resorts keyless entry system locked us out twice and we heard this happened to many guests. There was 1 elevator not working for our entire stay and another for a couple of days. Waiting for a ride for 30 minutes was extremely frustrating, especially with children.”

“We had urine in one of the beds and the room was dirty and hardware rusting. It was a terrible experience. We had to leave 2 days early and begged for a refund but were denied. A long standing EXPEDIA customer who was very unhappy.”
