This hotel hosts a lot of local business and private parties, almost every day, resulting in their service staff being focused on taking care of the guests who come to host the meeting, and not taking good care of the guests staying in the hotel. The hotel only has one restaurant, and eating is always like that. If it weren't……

“This is the worst 5-star hotel I have ever been to. They have a bar right up to my room with VERY NOISY music playing at midnight. The bathroom has water stains on the glass. It’s a dog friendly hotel and they don’t even have any potty area for dogs, or they didn’t tell me where it is. Again, it is the WORST HOTEL EVER!!! Don’t stay here. Spend your money on other nice hotels.”

“Convenient transportation. But hotel parking fee is a bit expensive for 60 dollars per night. Hotel house keeping often forget to supplement spare parts . The staff at the counter have a good attitude, but we often call the front desk, they are too busy to wait for a long time before someone answers the phone.”
