“員工很友善，有英語流利的外籍職員。入住前在 Expedia 發問也很快回覆。 房間很乾淨，備品有基本的，可免費借直/捲髮夾，是沙宣的。看到可加錢租switch 和 烤肉爐。有小廚房和洗乾衣機，很適合帶幼兒入住。 離上野站不算近，要走約十分鐘，但是一條直路，不難走，沿途很多便利店，往另一方向走六分鐘有超市。也算方便。”

“Saturday night disco was unreasonably loud. Bass thumping through the walls till 4am. I slept well but definitely not for travellers sensitive to noise.”

“The room and its kitchen are clean and tidy. The staff is helpful. But the location is a bit far from Kyoto Station. The day I arrived was a rainy day. It's tiring to walk from the station to the hotel with the luggage on rainy days. Overall speaking, the room is good for family travelling.”

“The room is much smaller than another Oakwood hotel in Yokohama. The cleanliness of the room is also worse. Much dust and hair on the floor. There is also some blood in the freezer! The breakfast is nice.”

“We have a lot of elderly, children and girls in our family. The hotel is close to the embassy and school. It is relatively quiet, but it is not far from the border point on foot. There are many cafes nearby which are also very beautiful.”
