“Absolutely nice hotel with all modern amenities, nearest to IGI airport, easy access to the hotel. Staff is wonderful they helped us to arrange a cab to the airport. Restaurant service is also good. ”

“The hotel is nice averagely , however some part is under construction so not that convenient overall.”

“It's a small hotel on a back street, only a short walk from the Moalboal bus stop (5 minutes). rooms are spartan and the usual Philippine combo shower toilet. The window-mounted A/C sounded like a 737 at take-off, but you could hear the conversations from the house next door if you didn't run it. The local roosters (next door) will give you great entertainment (not) all night as they squawk at each other. It is a 10 min tr-cycle ride to the tourist part of Moalboal and the sardine swimming.”

“The owner moved us to his aother hotel named JM Pension because a guest was sick and stayed in the room of Novie's for a few more days. JM Pension is next to Novie's. Price is the same, deco average, clean, small but with a balcony. What satisfies me most are the hotel staff, especially Ems, she is super nice and helpful and friendly! The only con is every morning the roosters wake you up at about 5. And there are too many of them. Guess there might be less of them in the town.”

“For the price this place is perfectly okay. The two little pools and the grounds are lovely. The gardens were nice. In terms of the room it would be better if the AC unit was facing the bed or a cieling fan was added it became very hot expecially if the mosquito net is closed. Keep in mind it is a small double bed so could be small for a couple. There was some road moise and construction noise. Suggest to pack ear plugs and eye mask. Location is really great though. “Everyone should wake up to a stunning view like this and feel how I felt at least once in a life time. Something brought back the peace fo mind that I have long lost. It's a place that I would definitely want to visit again and again, with beloved or alone. ”

“沒有熱水 沒有吹風機 沒有被子 訊號弱... 水流也不夠力 記得洗澡前要先把桶子的水裝滿 大海風的毛巾(藍白條紋)會掉藍色棉絮 wifi只在一樓大廳跑的動 大廳有台大電風扇 不少人會在這吹頭髮 三不五時跳電 但馬上會恢復 所以回到房間 看到電視開著 很正常 早餐就是簡易餐點 有海景欣賞 附近就是海邊區 同時也是大多tour集合的地方(從加油站的巷子走去)”

“令我有驚喜的客棧, 古色古香, 比我想像中的更美好.工作人員友善. 雖離西街近, 但郤很寧靜.客棧對面就是漓江.....環境優美.”

“Not bad, but not worth the money. We stayed at other ryokan/hotels on our trip around the same price range that were next level. The only highlight at Nipponia was the sake. Their room and food would have been acceptable at half the price. I recommend you stay elsewhere and only drop by for some sake tasting.”

“Amazing! Very well maintained heritage building. Extremely friendly and helpful staff Uma! They use a pulley to pull luggage to upper floor - fun to watch and practically useful. Complimentary breakfast was tasty. The lunch and drinks at the cafe were also tasty and clean, we enjoyed a lot when hiding from the hot sunshine at noon time. Side note: stairs are steep due to traditional design, maybe challenging for elderly. Expect to take off shoes before going upstairs to room. Not a concern for……
