“Phenomenal service and experience. Everything within walking distance and perfect. Staff so incredibly friendly and accommodating! It was my birthday and when they found out they delivered wine and chocolate covered strawberries to our room. Loved this property. Extremely clean and overall one of the best we have stayed at.”

“Great stay right on the ocean. It's not a 5 star hotel but good for two nights. The walls are very thin, you pretty much can hear all your neighbors. For $200 a night you can't bet the price and location! ”

“The Hyatt Panama City was an excellent getaway. The staff and facility was excellent. The convenient location to stores, parking, restaurants and the beach. The only downside was no microwave in the rooms and the ice machine didn't work. Buying ice every day was no fum.”

“I had to stop and sleep on a long trip home. It's a newer hotel on Panama City Beach off the Gulf but very convenient location at the corner of 79 and Back Beach Rd. It was like an efficiency apartment, and the bed was very comfortable. I walked next door to the gas station and bought drinks, and snacks. The staff downstairs both at check in and check out were surprisingly friendly and professional in today's climate. I am sure I'll stop there again.”

“Some confusion at check in which led tocus not getting the room we paid for but staff done an amazing job at fixing the situation. Clean, friendly staff, great amenities, excellent location, Will definitely be back. ”

“Overall great stay. They were extremely helpful when we needed anything. Everyone was super helpful and kind. The hotel room was really nice. Only critique I have is the amenities, some of the outdoor activities could be more updated. There are pools it would be vool to have one for adults with alcohol served at poolside. “The hotel was in a great location, easy walk to the beach. The rooms were clean and big enough for a family of 6. The rooms could use some upgrades like doors repainted, stove, refrigerator, and washing machines. Loved all the dishes and cooking supplies. Staff was very nice. I liked the hotel had fun activities to do. We would come back again.”
