“La Jolla is a small condo complex sitting up above beach level. There are stairs that lead to the small, quaint beach where you can have food, massages, rent kayaks/paddle boards, or hire out a boat excursion. We love it here. The one restaurant on property is excellent but isn't open year round. You might have to navigate a couple flights of stairs depending on condo but they were working on extending the elevator when we were there last.”

“The property was adequate, amazing views are available. The steepness of the location was a major factor for us as we are in our upper 60's with health issues. Having your own car would have helped us to get back up the mountain instead of using a taxi each time. One problem we discovered was the noise from the beach resort activities resonating up the mountain. The pool was a huge benefit to the property. Armando the property manager was amazing and will respond to any questions or problems you……

“The unit was what we expected and signed up for. Host instructions were very thorough and it was easy to get into. Its located up a hill so if you dont want to carry bags you employ a wheel barrow or ATV taxi. Everything is close with wonderful restaurants and helpful friendly locals. It wouldn't be a kitchen I prefer to cook in as there are no condiments etc to use and the pots and pans are scratched up. The unit is decorated as the photos show but it is darker than it appears in the photos.”

“My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Xinalani. The rooms and public spaces were beautiful. The food was outstanding. The service was kind and attentive. I have been visiting Puerto Vallarta for years but this was the best trip. Being on a secluded private beach and watching all the wildlife was fantastic. The daily yoga class is not to be missed. Nearby is a fun walk to a waterfall, a small town to wander, and a longer hike to other beaches. ”

“Photos do not do this property justice. Exquisite views with many terraces. Everything functions fine, perfect for a relaxing stay in a great area. Literally a 10 min beautiful stroll to the beach. Great restaurants nearby. What more can you need. Lourdes was very accommodating and helpful. She made me feel at home giving us a great itinerary before our arrival. This vacation was plug and play. 8 nights of awesomeness! Will be back!”

“Magically beautiful spot overlooking the bay and the town. We loved every moment of our stay - identifying about 25 species of birds from the terrace, waking to the sound of birds, making trips down to the beach, a hike to the up-river waterfall, amazing dinners and breakfasts in town, shopping at the market and getting to use the kitchen to make some of our own meals.”

“CBB is conveniently located by the main pier. It’s away from the main town which makes it very quiet. The views are the best! The staff was incredibly helpful as well. There is about a .5 mile walk across the beach to town which can be a lot so be mindful. All in all, we’d stay here again if we were to revisit.”
