"This is a new property and mostly like a boutique hotel - just 5 geodesic domes (one room to each one). The staff, WHEN there is very attentive, but early morning, until about 9, no one, that we found, was there. we LOVED the location. Not on the beach, but by a pond/sometimes river. The rooms were fantastic. Bed comfortable but the sheets a bit low grade. Overall we would come back."

"We loved our stay. Only disappointment was they are supposed to restock the mini bar every 24 hrs, ours was never restocked even after calling front desk. Also ordered room service on our last morning before checking out, and never received. Waited over an hour. "

It's spacious; room design is thoughtful; staff is so, so helpful; staff responded to items that needed fixing (patio fan, safe cabinet door) in a timely manner. I'd recommend it to anyone. I love that there is a family area, although we didn't use it. Food was very good. "

"La Jolla is a small condo complex sitting up above beach level. There are stairs that lead to the small, quaint beach where you can have food, massages, rent kayaks/paddle boards, or hire out a boat excursion. We love it here. The one restaurant on property is excellent but isn't open year round. You might have to navigate a couple flights of stairs depending on condo but they were working on extending the elevator when we were there last."

"The property was adequate, amazing views are available. The steepness of the location was a major factor for us as we are in our upper 60's with health issues. Having your own car would have helped us to get back up the mountain instead of using a taxi each time. One problem we discovered was the noise from the beach resort activities resonating up the mountain. The pool was a huge benefit to the property. "My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Xinalani. The rooms and public spaces were beautiful. The food was outstanding. The service was kind and attentive. I have been visiting Puerto Vallarta for years but this was the best trip. Being on a secluded private beach and watching all the wildlife was fantastic. The daily yoga class is not to be missed. Nearby is a fun walk to a waterfall, a small town to wander, and a longer hike to other beaches. "

"CBB is conveniently located by the main pier. It’s away from the main town which makes it very quiet. The views are the best! The staff was incredibly helpful as well. There is about a .5 mile walk across the beach to town which can be a lot so be mindful. All in all, we’d stay here again if we were to revisit."
