“Nice place to stay friendly staff good breakfast ”

“We were just there for a family vacation with our two kids. Our kids absolutely loved the food too Pool. We fell in love with Delaware for their beach’s and will continue the tradition in the next coming year. 30 min drive to rehobeth beach, 10 from Bethany beach and 20 mins from Dewey beach. ”

“The property was great and exactly as listed. The check in and out process was incredibly easy. Everything was clean and in great shape upon our arrival. We loved our stay and had a really wonderful time. The only complaint is that the two twin beds are truly one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. You can actually feel the springs in the mattresses. One bed has a pad that made it a little better but the other one has no pad and is unbearably uncomfortable and could not to be……

“When we forst arrived we loved the fact that parking was right under the building and made it easy to access. There are stairs bit only one flight up. The fact that we had a balcolny was great and your not far from the beach.”

“We love the Edgewater House & Sea Colony & Bethany. We have stayed there several times in various units. This unit was as advertised. Everything we needed & great view. We had an issue with the AC which they took care of immediately. Our only negative is we always like to eat out on the balcony. Most of the other units we've stayed at usually had a high table & chairs to eat at. But this is just our preference. Nothing to take away from this unit. Thx for another great time. ❤️☀️🏖️🌊🐬”

“We enjoyed our stay with just a couple of blips. The property wasn’t unlocked on our arrival but after a call to Frank, that was resolved quickly. Once in the house we discovered there weren’t any clean sheets or towels. Again, a call to Frank resulted in delivery of items within an hour or so but we missed a dinner reservation while waiting. One main issue was that the clothes dryer was not operational. We called Frank and after two days of trying to reach him, we gave up. There were kitchen……

“The fridge had rust on I️t, the bedroom door scraped the floor and the sliding glass door was extremely hard to open. We were there for literally 36 hours and was told we had to pay $15 per person ( we had 5) for amenities - and our pool was closed for the season. Which leads me to the question- what was the $75 for then? I felt like I was stepping back to the 1980’s when I was told I had to go pick up a key. I have not rented any thing in the past 10 years that I needed a key for. The cleaning……

“The community was beautiful. Very quiet and well kept. The apartment listing was a bit deceitful as the “third bedroom” was really a small office with a sleep sofa in terrible condition! I wouldn’t want my children to sleep on it let alone an older adult. This is a two bedroom unit!!!!😡. I trash bags in any of the trash cans and the mirrors in all rooms were a smeary mess!”

“Sea Colony was fabulous. However the rental unit we had left a lot to be desired. 1. Blankets in loft were dry rotted and unusable. 2. Front bedroom, bed and door both squeak. 3. Ironing board needs cover or replaced. 4. Front bath needs painting, walls and cabinets very dingy. 5. Bathroom sink took forever to drain. Showerhead was awful. 6. Front door screen was very cheap and not installed correctly. 7. Kitchen drawers all loose and hard to control. Bottom cabinets would not stay closed. 8.……
