“Room was lovely met our needs . Pool fabulous but it had a lot of rules . Could not bring your own refreshments or food . At a condo I would have thought I could . The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . Check in was in a separate building, from the pinnacle I was staying at . Over all we did enjoy our stay . Glad we had a car . ”

“To review this property, you must rate the check in/out process differently from the condo/building itself. The check in/out process is super inconvenient. I would give it a 2/10. You must get your keys from another hotel that is eight blocks away (0.4 miles). This is not a “short walk” as it is stated. Dragging your luggage through the streets is not ideal. We got to the hotel at 11:30 am to check-in and was told our room would be ready at 1:30pm. That was as expected since check in was……

“The room at first night was small and there’s serious problem with the shower, the sewer was clogged and water flowed over all over the room all the way to the downstairs, we had to request to change to another room. Swimming pool at rooftop was not well maintained so the water looks not clean. ”

“This property was amazing in every way! The condo is beautiful, the view is amazing, and the area is lovely! It’s a quick walk down the hill into town or a cheap Uber ride. It was our first visit to Puerto Vallarta and it won’t be our last. Pros: The pools are wonderful. You can lay out in the sun upstairs or stay in the shade downstairs. The staff is very attentive.
