"Beautiful property and surrounding area. Extremely clean and elegantly updated. The reason for 4 stars: rooms do not have mini frig, or coffee makers. Also they don't have a small store to purchas sundries and lastly, their really isn't a Conceige... so no brochures or help. We found out the day we left that there was shuttle, which we would have utilized if we had known.."

"The representative, who assisted with my check in was exceptional – prompt, friendly, and helpful. She was very efficient with the check in process. The main issue that I had was that housekeeping did not empty the kitchen trashcan, so it was full from the previous guest. I can understand that oversights happen once in awhile, so this didn’t make or break my stay, but it is always nice when details like this are not missed! "There were so many wonderful dining and recreation options within walking distance, and the area was so beautiful (with many incredible art murals) that just walking, even without a destination was enjoyable. The staff, guests and community members were all so friendly, it was one of the most satisfying visits to any city I have ever had."

"We stayed 5 nights. Breakfast was good 4 mornings meaning scrambled eggs with shredded cheese and salsa available. Sausage or bacon. Hot oatmeal with many toppings, muffins, fruit. Coffee was good that was a pleasant surprise. Staff were all friendly, building looks new in great shape. Beds and pillows were perfect!"

"It was an overall great stay. I was glad there was a restaurant in the hotel, that was very convenient since it stormed our first night there. I liked that it was located close to everything. "

The hotel requires us to become a member of some kind of group in order to access the internet for free, which I did not accept since I don't want my data to be shared with a third party. Therefore, I did not have access to the hotel's WIFI. "
