“I stay here frequently, but the shower barely got over lukewarm, this time. Everything else was OK. There was a large Police presence there Saturday night! But we felt safe.”

“This hotel is a great value. The room was spotless. Check in was a little interesting, a note in the lobby said to call a phone number for check in. The first attempt to call went to voicemail. But about 5 minutes later I was able to get a hold of someone and check in. I’ve stayed here for years, I hope this place can stay as good as it was in the past, even if I had to pay 20% more I would to keep this place as an option. ”

“We enjoyed the hotel. It was very clean. The breakfast was very good. All the hotel staff were very nice. The area around the hotel was lively and had a lot of non beach stuff to do. We saw a car show drive by, it was cool. We had an excellent time! 👍👍”

“Tiki bar, outdoor seating, pool and beach all nice. Food and drinks are good and prices reasonable. Parking was easy and plenty of places nearby for food, entertainment and trinkets. Dislike. You can hear everyone in the rooms and on the street. I had street view room. Hotel needs some updates. Staff helpful, friendly and nice.”

“This was our first time staying at this property. Stayed 1 night. Great location. Clean and comfortable. Highlights: April at the front desk and a really good complimentary hot breakfast. Mints in the room. Complimentary happy hour and chocolate chip cookies at 8 pm. Good parking. Beautiful balcony view. Unless stairs aren’t an issue, make sure your reservation is in the main building. Our first room was in building without elevator. April quickly moved us when we realized the AC unit wasn’t……

“Stay on the 4th floor facing the ocean for the best views. It was spectacular. Walking on the beach is so relaxing for me. Breakfast had everything we needed for a good start. Housekeeping wasn’t efficient and had to call for TP and drinking cups, and towels. The ocean experience made up for all.”

“Cozy vintage beach cottage. Easy access to beach, quiet. Perfect for offseason getaway for a few days. People have been coming back to these cottages for decades for good reason. We loved the kitchen with full size appliances and lots of space. Pack your groceries and cook all your meals here, the cottage was perfect for a family of 4. Comfortable beds in two bedrooms. Nice living room/dining room. We spent four nights and were not disappointed. ”

“Cottage has an open layout which makes it feel bigger. Fenced in yard and the big front porch were perfect for our dogs. Cottage is in a great location, across from beach entrance. First time in Nags Head and loved it! Would rent here again!”
