"We were able to check in early, which was fantastic, however there was very loud drilling while we were trying to relax in our room. I emailed the concierge asking how long the drilling would continue, but received no reply. We ended up going out 2 hours earlier than planned because the drilling was so disruptive. "

"Stayed here for 1 night on a business trip, walking distance to the train station, and close to billy bishop airport - perfect for 1-2 nights. Clean, safe, friendly."

"The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel had a nice hot breakfast buffet and is located near many attractions in the downtown area. Only drawback is rooms are a little outdated and out of two rooms we stayed in one mattress was not comfortable and lumpy. We did see new mattress in the hall as we were checking out so hopefully refurbishment is happening. "

"The location is very convenient, easy to get to anywhere. The room was spacious. The only downside is the voice coming from AC; it is too loud. If they had a better option for AC that would be better. "
