“Great location, and nice atmosphere”

“Excellent value stay, though the hotel did seem a little tired, evident in small details: a bedside light that didn't work, having only one socket to operate either the TV or the kettle (so couldn't watch TV whilst boiling the kettle), and observing it took three days for someone's half-finished drink to be collected from the stairway landing where it had been left. My room wasn't cleaned, replenished or refreshed for the duration of my four night stay. On the plus side, my room was large and……

“ Where to start, was first given a room That was tiny with wires out the wall, asked for another room the lady was kind enough to give another room that was bigger, but it was not clean, hair on the showers, stain on the toilet, and pillows had stains on them, unfortunately looked under the bed and full of litter, middle of the night had another person walk into my room, so they where given a key that obviously opened the same door and the man said we was given this room, thank god I was……
