“The place was great, dated though. No extra pillows or blankets or couch pillows. Decor was dated. The under the stairs outside the door was dirty and that’s where the garbage and dirty linen is collected. Peeling paint, cheap side table in the living room. Small bathroom toilet and shower area. The closet on the other hand was overly large. ”

“Staff was great. Little weird it was so quiet. Location seems to attract some interesting clientele. El runs next door. $100 reset fee a surprise but still a good value.”

“Valet parking is uncoordinated! They leave the car and take your keys to get another car. Once you receive your text that your car is ready, you have to wait longer because the employees do NOT delegate properly to get the cars while another give the keys to the guest. So much time wasted waiting on them. Several families affected waiting outside the hotel! Valet employees were not friendly nor communicative. ”
