“After 3 years of Covid, first time ever return to this once favorite hotel in Ohare, quite disappointed, Wifi not working, I check-in on Wed. night, the first clean of my room only done on Friday afternoon, even the house-keeper had very rude attitude. No idea what happened, forced me to change my stay to other hotel next time. ”

The only reason I took one star off was because the bed was very firm and about knee-high and the pillows were also very hard. I don’t know if they have rooms that have softer beds, but for that reason, I would never stay there again.”
