"Didn’t realize this was a love hotel when booking. The neighborhood and reception desk was extremely sketchy, but the room was amazing. Sauna and bath were great and the coffee & tea was delicious. The pillows were a bit flat and the condoms were too small, but there was a massage chair in the room with mood lighting & karaoke. Overall definitely worth the price if you’re looking for a cheap stay between hotels."

"Good location for exploring shinjuku, 15min walk from shinjuku station for exploring other parts of tokyo. Rooms are small but to be expected in tokyo, clean and tidy, enough space to rest at the end of a day exploring"

"Clean and comfortable hotel in a convenient area close to Shinjuku nightlife. The room is quite small, as is common with Japanese hotels, but there is space to store luggage under the bed and the air conditioning worked great! The staff were also very kind and accommodating. Overall I would recommend a stay here for another Tokyo trip! "

"The property is slap bang in the middle of the vibrant noisy area of kabukicho shinjuku , but when you enter the hotel it is the total opposite, quiet and peaceful, the staff are friendly and helpful , the hotel is very clean and well looked after , The rooftop spa/onsen baths was a big plus to this hotel , nothing better after a long day of sightseeing to get back and have a soak in the mineral spring hot baths . i would stay here again when i next visit , thankyou 😁"
