“This place is great for a girl's weekend. Cozy living room for late night gab sessions, comfy couches, lovely views on the green. Roomy bedrooms with comfy beds. Well appointed kitchen (with sharp knives, thank you!) The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Trader Joe's is just down the road. Pool temp was perfect. Super relaxing and chill. We cooked up a storm, enjoyed some sunshine, petted some dogs, watched the Puppy Bowl and the heartbreaking 49er's loss, got spa treatments,……

“My husband and I had a great experience at this beautiful LaQuinta condo. The condo is updated and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The location is ideal if wanting to spend time in Old Town LaQuinta. Also, the owner’s communication was excellent and always responded right away. Thank you Gary for everything!”

“Stayed over the weekend from Friday to Monday. Check in at security gate was fast, easy check in using a code on the door to get inside rental, dedicated parking for my car in front of rental. Rental was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including a Keurig! Believe there was some left over stuff former guests had left in the pantry which came in handy. Bedding, towels, water pressure, wifi, AC were readily available for use upon being inside.……

“We come to the desert to hike. We were happy to find trailheads a short distance from this property with a good election of trails (Cove Oasis Trailhead). Even better, the condo is well provisioned, is comfortable and has good views -- we even saw a road runner from our bedroom one morning. We will certainly be back. Inna was a great host.”

“Beautiful condo in prime location, ample room to relax, visit, and enjoy the views. Pool area directly across the street which we used daily for hot tub only. Unfortunately Palmer Residence pools are on rotational heating schedule now which is new these past two years. A quick drive to heated pool several blocks away wasn’t a problem but the listing should be updated to reflect not heated consistently year around.”

Condo was located in a gated community - quiet and picturesque - with multiple heated pools and jacuzzi, which was great in November. “The whole point of this trip was to get away with family and enjoy a private pool and bbq area. The disappointment when we saw that the pool was murky and dirty and probably hadn’t been cleaned in a while, was real! I am embarrassed to say we swam in the pool regardless of it looking gross.
