“Stayed here for a family wedding. This was my first time in Palm Springs. Overall the stay was nice. The overall communication for checking in, instructions for how to check out and getting a hold of anyone was a bit of an issue. To heat the pool or hot tub it is an up charge so beware of that tid bit. Also, the main bathroom connected to the main room does not have an actual door, it is a curtain. This could cause an issue for privacy if you don’t realize it. The house is nice and comfortable……

“Stayed for Coachella Music Festival weekend with a group of 10 people. It was very spacious, clean, and relaxing after a long day at the music festival. The host was very friendly and responsive. Didn’t have any problems during the weekend we stayed there. Only thing was the rooms was very confusing but we figured it out, other than that we would book this place again! Thank you!”

“We were there for a gals golf trip. Location of house was great! Everyone had their own bedroom and house is large enough for private space, if wanted. There were a couple of things the house should improve which I communicated to them: the refrigerator was slow to get cold and should be replaced and the kitchen faucet also needs to be replaced. There was a TV in the living room and the master bedroom but not in the other rooms, which was not a big deal. Also, Kleenex was not provided in the……

“Didn’t know this was a pet friendly property and there were some issues with pet dander and hair in bedroom and some areas. Bathrooms were very clean and house was beautiful. There was a quick response to remedy the issue by management and it helped some. But turnover for next guest needs to be more attentive to bedroom areas as it is a pet friendly house listing. After this experience we will book only no pet allowed houses in the future.”
