“The property was very comfortable and well equipped. Cupboards in the kitchen and bar area need some repair but nothing major. The pool area was well equipped and the fire pit and heater on the patio were perfect for the cool evenings”

“The house was exactly as pictured on Vrbo. It was clean and had all the amenities. The only problem we had were figuring out the TV’s. The instructions given 24 hours before we arrived were right on point. I would suggest, if you have children, to ask them to heat the pool before you get there as it’s a large pool and takes a long time to heat. We did not know the Tennis tournament was on when we were there, so the town was very busy. We would definitely rent this property again - just not……

“Wow, this home was gorgeous! The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities you might need for cooking such as spices and oils. Additionally, it was stocked with coffees, paper goods, foil, Ziplocs, etc. Each bathroom also had items which may have been overlooked when packing like sunscreen and lotion. The backyard is beautiful, and the pool was wonderful! We appreciated the floaties we were allowed to use. It is VERY well……

The disappointment when we saw that the pool was murky and dirty and probably hadn’t been cleaned in a while, was real! I am embarrassed to say we swam in the pool regardless of it looking gross. I mean it was the point of this trip! I reached out to guest services only to receive no feed back. They just waited to respond and responded with do you still need help with this issue? So there’s that! I……

“Stayed here for a family wedding. This was my first time in Palm Springs. Overall the stay was nice. The overall communication for checking in, instructions for how to check out and getting a hold of anyone was a bit of an issue. To heat the pool or hot tub it is an up charge so beware of that tid bit. Also, the main bathroom connected to the main room does not have an actual door, it is a curtain. This could cause an issue for privacy if you don’t realize it. The house is nice and comfortable……

“We loved staying at this property! The neighborhood is wonderful for short walks in the morning and evening. We loved the views of being on a quiet golf course during the day and having the small space on the lawn for our babies to sit when not in the pool. The only “problem” was how incredibly slippery the tile around the entire pool/patio was when wet. We just put towels around the enterances. Having a 18 month toddler made this really difficult but I just held his hand or carried him to and……

“House was great. Could use some minor TLC but nothing that bothered us. Outdoor space was great. Short walk to Old Town La Quinta. When booking, the location on the map shows a different spot a few blocks away in a gated community. The actual location is better than what the map shows but they should fix that glitch.”

“Very good property overall. Nice neighbours in lovely location on PGA West. Music and voice volume rules a bit harsh when we chatted with them (they don't seem overly concerned). Pool pump noise needs to be dealt with (replaced or upgraded) as this was everyone's biggest complaint. Think dishwasher door needs fixing and one pool chair. All else great.”
