“Great hotel with a great theme”

“Really nice stay. Friendly staff. Only issue was our room was cleaned once in 6 days but other than that, 10/10 👍”

“I stayed in this hotel for two nights. In the afternoon of the second day, i came back and found that the room key not working. I went down to reception for help and got a rude treatment from the mid age man in black. The problem was not caused by me and it seemed he was annoyed that I had brought some more work to him. Terrible for a hotel experience.”

“While I like to see hotels not overly supplying amenities, this hotel goes a bit too minimal. There is not even body lotion which is really necessary for most people in winter. 3-in-1 cleanser didn't make me feel good too. Otherwise, the hotel is good and staff were helpful and friendly. ”

“This hotel was excellent! The Hebden suite is huge with great views. The hotel was clean the staff were friendly. It was a bargain for the one night with bed and breakfast. I highly recommended this hotel and we will return.”

“Very friendly and efficient staff throughout the stay and a very comfortable, clean and well presented room. Loved the power shower and the complimentary luxury toiletries! We dined in the restaurant and the food was well presented and delicious. A special mention for Ethan, the excellent barman and waiter.”

“一家三口入住一連八晚，第一晚已發現樽裝護髮素用剩很少，第二天便通知前台，他竟然回答洗護用品及廁紙等用完需自行購買，他說這間不是一般的酒店，只提供一次性的 welcome pack! 床褥太軟，睡不好；第三晚開始睡沙發床，情況更差，整個人像向下傾斜⋯⋯ 住在市中心很方便，但每晚深夜都仍有群眾在街上吵鬧叫囂，星期五星期六晚更是沒完沒了的嘈吵，沒有一晚能安睡。 床頭燈及床邊堆積灰塵，很久沒有打掃。 雪櫃一打開便有異味⋯⋯ 餐枱表面沒有清潔，用布輕輕一抹就變黑了。 提供的碗碟竟然滿佈食物污跡，上次入住的住客使用後用布抹抹便放回碗櫃，酒店的清潔人員沒有重新清洗碗櫃內的用品⋯⋯ 這間一定是我住過最差的酒店”

“方便，整潔，近購物中心，整體十分滿意，唯是沒有停車場，要泊其他地方停車場或泊後街路邊收費停車位，下次再到利物浦市會再入住。”

“We stayed here for one night and were very impressed. We made use of the Leisure Centre. Make sure you book The Spa if you want to use their facilities. The Lakeside Bar area was very nice with a vast selection of spirits including alcohol free cocktails and bottled beer/cider. We went to the “Allo Allo” dining experience which was fab. We had a good night’s sleep in a comfortable bed, then woke up and had a buffet Full English breakfast which also had a croissants gluten free muffins fruit and……

“We arrived late in the evening with a young child, the check in process was simple and we were in our room in no time at all. The hotel was very clean, and extremely quiet over night given how busy the hotel was. The staff at breakfast were attentive and very friendly, overall a lovely stay, and I'd highly recommend ”

“Convenience, location is good , opposit is liverpool lime station. Service is ok but no water and sleeper provided. Toilet flash not functioning well ”
