“When we first were checking in, there was a slight snafu with our rooms. Our wonderful front desk gentleman, Ben, sent us to the bar for complimentary drinks while they sorted the situation. As we watched, there seemed to be more than one staff problem arising, which Ben smoothed everything out without batting an eye and a smile on his face. “This was a very nice place to stay and we would go back and highly recommend Marlborough Arms to those traveling. It was within an easy walk to Blenheim Palace, lovely town, cute bookstore and good choices of restaurants! The B and B was quaint, historic, well preserved with lovely sitting areas including outdoors. Great breakfast buffet and made to order hot breakfast! If you haven't yet had a traditional English breakfast let this be your first, delicious.”
