“It's a beautiful historic hotel with some old world charm. The rooms are small, but are beautifully decorated. The lobby is comfortable and has a good ambiance. The place this hotel lacks is the service staff. I will exclude the front desk staff and the host from breakfast, but the wait staff in this hotel breakfast brought my rating down from 5 to 3 stars. I normally am understanding if someone is having a rough day or if the breakfast area had been extremely busy. However, it was a quiet……

“Pros: Hotel is clean. Pillow is very comfy. Location is convenient close to Fulton St Station and many downtown attractions. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Cons: no coffee maker at room, room temperature can only be adjusted up to 74 degrees, which was too cold for us. # please note there will be $100 deposit and $20 facility fee per night. ”

“Great hotel for a stay in Soho. Preferred our experience here to the Soho Grand around the corner room was bigger, service was much more friendly and engaging. Guests private lounge was particularly useful”

“Can’t beat the location. Right in the heart of SoHo/Nolita and walking distance to West Village etc. Bars and restaurants everywhere. Room was teeny tiny though! Balcony not much use for us as it rained during our stay pretty much every day. Cool hotel decor and very nice staff. Would recommend!”
